This is an unofficial English translation provided for convenience only. The legally binding version is the Russian text published at autostreamer.io/terms. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

1. General provisions

These Terms of Use govern access to the Autostreamer service and the rules for using it. The Terms apply together with the Public Offer and the Privacy Policy.

By starting to use the Service, including registering, signing in, connecting third-party platforms, uploading content or topping up the balance, the user confirms that they have reviewed these documents and accept them in full.

2. Definitions

  • User — a person using the Service.
  • Service — the Autostreamer software product, intended for automating the launch, configuration and management of online broadcasts.
  • Account — the personal account of the user in the Service.
  • User Content — video, audio, images, text materials, metadata, stream keys, broadcast settings and other data uploaded or used by the user.
  • Third-party platforms — Google, YouTube, Yandex, Telegram and other services with which the Service interacts.

3. Purpose of the Service

  • The Service provides tools for uploading content and configuring broadcasts, auto-streaming scenarios, schedules, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, actions on the recordings of finished broadcasts and other parameters.
  • The specific set of features, limits, storage volume and number of channels depend on the selected plan. Access under the plan is paid for daily from the user’s balance.
  • The Service is provided on an “as is” basis, subject to technical limitations, the rules of third-party platforms and the terms of the selected plan.
  • Autostreamer is not a product of Google, YouTube or any other third-party platform, does not represent their interests and does not guarantee the availability of their APIs.

4. Registration and account

  • Registration and email confirmation may be required in order to use certain features.
  • Registration and sign-in are performed with an email address and password or through third-party sign-in services: Google, Yandex ID and Telegram. When signing in through a third-party service, the Service receives the user identifier from it and, where the service provides it, the email address.
  • The user shall provide accurate information, keep it up to date and keep their access credentials confidential.
  • All actions performed through the account of the user are deemed performed by the user, unless proven otherwise.
  • If unauthorised access is suspected, the user shall immediately notify support at support@autostreamer.io.
  • The Service is intended for users over 18 years of age.

5. Google and YouTube integrations

  • The user connects their Google/YouTube account independently and grants the Service the permissions required for the selected features.
  • The user may disconnect the channel in the Service interface at any time (the Service then revokes the access granted to it) or revoke access themselves in Google Account Permissions (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
  • The Service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel, the user also accepts the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
  • The user shall comply with the rules of Google, YouTube and other third-party platforms, including their requirements on content, copyright, automation, broadcasting and monetisation.
  • The Service is not liable for blocking, restrictions, warnings, strikes, API shutdowns, content removal or any other actions of third-party platforms.

6. User Content

  • Rights to the User Content remain with the user or another lawful rights holder.
  • By uploading content, the user grants the Contractor a non-exclusive right to store, process, reproduce, transmit and technically use such content solely for the operation of the Service.
  • The user warrants that they hold all rights and permissions required to use the content in broadcasts.
  • The user is solely responsible for the lawfulness of the content and for compliance with copyright and related rights, platform rules and statutory requirements.
  • The Contractor may restrict access to content or delete it where there are signs of a breach of the law, the rights of third parties, platform rules or these Terms.

7. Prohibited actions

The user may not:

  • use the Service in breach of the law, the rights of third parties or the rules of third-party platforms;
  • upload unlawful, harmful, extremist, fraudulent, spam-related or otherwise prohibited content;
  • use the accounts, tokens, stream keys, personal data or payment methods of others without lawful grounds;
  • circumvent technical restrictions, interfere with the operation of the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access or compromise security;
  • resell, transfer or rent out access to the Service to third parties, unless expressly permitted by the plan;
  • use the Service for mass violations of YouTube/Google rules, spam, artificial engagement, phishing, distribution of malicious materials or unlawful advertising.

8. Plans, balance and payment

  • Access to certain features may be provided on a paid basis under the selected plan.
  • The user tops up the balance in the personal account, and the access fee under the plan is charged from the balance daily. The monthly price, daily rate, limits and set of features of the plan are shown in the personal account before the plan is activated and throughout the access period.
  • The user may change the plan configuration and the balance currency in the personal account at any time on the terms of the Public Offer.
  • Top-ups, charges, bonus credits and refunds are governed by the Public Offer.
  • If the remaining balance is insufficient for the next daily charge, access to paid features is suspended and active broadcasts are stopped. User content is stored for at least 30 calendar days after access is suspended, after which it may be deleted without the possibility of recovery, and the Google/YouTube account connections may be revoked. See the Public Offer and the Privacy Policy for details.

9. Restriction, suspension and termination of access

  • The user may stop using the Service at any time.
  • The Contractor may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Service if the user breaches these Terms, the Public Offer, the law, the rights of third parties or the rules of third-party platforms.
  • The Contractor may temporarily restrict access to the Service for maintenance, updates, fixing vulnerabilities or preventing abuse.
  • Upon termination of access, the user shall save any data they need on their own, where export is available in the interface.

10. Liability and warranties

  • The Contractor does not guarantee the uninterrupted, error-free and continuous operation of the Service, third-party platforms, networks, APIs and payment providers.
  • The Contractor is not liable for the commercial, marketing, statistical or other results of using the Service.
  • The Contractor is not liable for the actions of third-party platforms, account blocking, API restrictions, content removal, strikes, demonetisation or changes to the rules of third-party services.
  • The user is solely responsible for compliance with the law, platform rules and the rights of third parties, and for the correctness of broadcast settings.
  • The liability of the Contractor is limited to the extent provided for by the Public Offer and by law.

11. Intellectual property

  • All rights to the source code, interface, design, logos, databases, texts and other elements of the Service belong to the Contractor or to the lawful rights holders.
  • The user may not copy, modify, decompile, distribute or use elements of the Service other than in the ways expressly provided by the interface and by these Terms.

12. Changes to the Terms

  • The Contractor may amend these Terms unilaterally by publishing a new version at https://autostreamer.io/terms.
  • The new version takes effect from the moment of publication, unless the new version states a different date.
  • Continued use of the Service after changes are published is deemed agreement to the new version.

13. Language of the document

  • These Terms are drawn up in Russian. The Russian version published at https://autostreamer.io/terms is the only legally binding version.
  • Translations of the Terms into other languages are published for convenience and are informational only. In case of any discrepancy between a translation and the Russian version, the Russian version prevails.

14. Contacts

For questions about account deletion, revoking Google/YouTube access, the processing of personal data and payments, the user may contact the support address.
