Privacy Policy

1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy describes how personal data of the users of the Autostreamer service (the “Service”) is processed and protected. The Policy forms part of the Public Offer and the Terms of Use.
Data operator: Individual Entrepreneur Denis Sergeevich Solovyov (registered in the Russian Federation). Contact for personal data and support matters: support@autostreamer.io.
2. Data processed
- account data: email address, user identifier, time zone, sign-in method and the user identifier in the third-party sign-in service (Google, Yandex ID, Telegram) if the user signs in through it;
- Google/YouTube OAuth data: the email address of the Google account, the identifier, title and avatar of the connected channel, granted permissions, access and refresh tokens required for the integrations to work;
- channel and broadcast data: channel identifiers, stream keys, broadcast settings, titles, descriptions, categories, thumbnails, schedules, and statistics of connected channels and broadcasts obtained through the YouTube API (subscriber, view and viewer counts);
- user content: uploaded video, audio and images, file names and technical media parameters;
- payment and balance data: the fact and amount of a top-up, the balance currency, the remaining balance, the history of balance operations (top-ups, bonus credits, daily charges, refunds), the selected plan, the payment identifier and the transaction status, without storing full bank card details;
- technical data: IP address, browser and device information, cookies, session identifiers, sign-in logs, security events and actions taken within the Service;
- support requests: the subject and text of messages sent through the support form in the personal account;
- anonymised web analytics data: pages visited, referral sources, device, screen resolution and on-page actions, collected by Yandex Metrica.
3. Purposes of processing
- creating an account and providing access to the Service;
- connecting YouTube/Google and performing the actions required to start and manage broadcasts;
- obtaining and displaying to the user the statistics of connected channels and broadcasts;
- performing, according to the user’s settings, actions on the recordings of finished broadcasts (renaming, changing the recording’s visibility);
- sending service emails: email address confirmation, password recovery and notifications about the state of the balance and access to the Service;
- storing and processing user content so that the selected auto-streaming scenario can run;
- processing top-ups, keeping the balance and daily charges, and handling plans, refunds and support requests;
- ensuring security, preventing abuse, diagnosing errors and improving the quality of the Service;
- complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. Legal grounds for processing
- conclusion and performance of the contract with the user under the Public Offer;
- the user’s consent, given at registration, when signing in via Google, Yandex ID or Telegram, when connecting a YouTube channel, when using cookies or when uploading content;
- compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including the laws on personal data, accounting and settlements with users;
- the legitimate interest of the operator in securing the Service, preventing violations and protecting the rights of the operator and its users.
5. Disclosure to third parties
The operator discloses data only to the extent required to operate the Service, perform the contract, process payments, store data, provide technical support and comply with the law.
- Google and YouTube — for authentication, YouTube API access and broadcast management performed on the user’s instruction;
- Yandex and Telegram — for signing in to the Service through those services, if the user has chosen that sign-in method;
- hosting providers, data centres, CDNs and media storage and processing services (including Cloudflare) — for hosting the Service, storing user content and running broadcasts;
- payment providers (depending on the selected payment method: T-Bank (T-Kassa), Robokassa, BetaTransfer, NOWPayments) — for accepting payments, checking transaction statuses, processing refunds and issuing fiscal receipts;
- email delivery services — for delivering service emails;
- Yandex LLC (Yandex Metrica web analytics) — for collecting anonymised traffic statistics and analysing use of the Service;
- authorised government bodies — in the cases provided for by law.
Some providers may be located outside the Russian Federation. By using the Service and connecting third-party platforms, the user consents to such transfers to the extent required for the selected features to work.
The Service’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google/YouTube data is used solely to operate the features selected by the user, is not disclosed to third parties (except where required to operate those features or by law), is not used for advertising and is not sold. The Service uses YouTube API Services; the terms under which Google processes data are published at policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Cookies, web analytics and technical data
The Service uses necessary cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session persistence, abuse protection, storing user preferences and the correct operation of the interface.
Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) is used to analyse traffic and improve the Service, including its Webvisor technology, which may record anonymised information about user actions on the pages of the Service (cursor movement, clicks, scrolling). The data collected is anonymised and used for statistical purposes. The terms under which Yandex Metrica processes data are published at yandex.ru/legal/confidential.
The user may restrict cookies in the browser settings or use analytics blocking tools, but certain features of the Service may then stop working correctly.
7. Retention periods
- account data and settings are retained for as long as the Service is used and are deleted once the account is deleted, unless further retention is required by law;
- user content is retained until it is deleted by the user or the account is deleted, and after access to paid features is suspended — for at least 30 calendar days, after which it may be deleted without the possibility of recovery;
- Google/YouTube access tokens are retained until the user disconnects the channel, revokes access in the Google settings or 30 calendar days pass after access to paid features is suspended, after which access is revoked and the tokens become invalid;
- broadcast statistics are retained for up to 24 hours, daily channel statistics for up to 90 days;
- the history of balance operations, payment and accounting records are retained for the periods required for accounting and tax purposes and for handling claims;
- technical logs are retained for the period required for security, diagnostics and incident investigation.
8. User rights
- obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
- request that data be rectified, blocked or deleted if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or processed unlawfully;
- withdraw consent to processing where the processing is based on consent;
- disconnect the YouTube channel in the Service interface or revoke the Service’s access to the Google account through Google Account Permissions (myaccount.google.com/permissions);
- request deletion of the account and the data associated with it by sending a request from the email address of the account;
- send a request to support@autostreamer.io.
9. Security
The operator applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unlawful access, alteration, disclosure, destruction and other unlawful actions.
The user is responsible for keeping their password, mailbox, Google/YouTube accounts and other means of access secure.
10. Changes to the Policy
The operator may update this Policy. The current version is published at https://autostreamer.io/privacy. Continued use of the Service after changes are published means the user accepts the new version, unless the law requires otherwise.
11. Language of the document
- This Policy is drawn up in Russian. The Russian version published at https://autostreamer.io/privacy is the only legally binding version.
- Translations of the Policy into other languages are published for convenience and are informational only. In case of any discrepancy between a translation and the Russian version, the Russian version prevails.
